Editor's note— A resolution adopted Oct. 8, 1991, rescinded the provisions of former Art. III, §§ 9-51—9-64, relative to erosion and sediment control and enacted new provisions to read as herein set out. Subsequently, a resolution of Dec. 10, 1991 amended the provisions of §§ 9-51—9-59. The provisions of former Art. III, §§ 9-51—9-64, derived from §§ 1—14 of an ordinance adopted June 8, 1976 and resolutions adopted Sept. 13, 1977; Feb. 9, 1982; and Nov. 9, 1982.

Subsequently, a resolution adopted Oct. 10, 2000 enacted provisions which replaced former Art. III, §§ 9-51—9-59, with §§ 9-51—9-58 as set forth herein. Former Art. III pertained to similar subject matter, and derived from resolutions of Oct. 8, 1991 and Dec. 10, 1991, and an ordinance of Jan. 11, 1994.
